The CPM System (Conflict Prevention and Moderation System) is a support system helping – upon request and with mandate – to ensure that Scale-N organizational structures and processes function adequately. This includes the clarification of roles and processes as well as the functioning of interfaces. In this sense it is a prevention system. If friction, misunderstandings or break downs occur, CPM provides approved decentralized structures to deal with them timely and appropriately where they originate.
